Shipping Policy

Order Processing
• Orders are made to order and processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).
• You’ll receive a dispatch email when your parcel leaves our studio. If a tracked service is used, your tracking link will be included.

Shipping Rates
• United Kingdom: £3.99 (or FREE on orders over £50)
• Europe: £14.99
• International (rest of world): £23.99

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
• United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• International: 7–14 working days
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by busy seasons (e.g., November–December), adverse weather, carrier delays, or customs processing outside our control.

Tracking & Delivery
• Some services are untracked by default. At checkout, you may see a tracked upgrade where available.
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, your courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery/collection.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Europe & International)
• Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
• Customs checks may extend delivery times.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels
• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We can’t change addresses once an order has been handed to the carrier.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend once any additional postage is paid. Refunds (where eligible) exclude original shipping costs.

Late or Missing Parcels
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
• For UK shipments, please allow 10 working days beyond the estimated window before we treat a parcel as potentially lost. For Europe/International, please allow a little longer due to customs.

Damaged in Transit
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging (including the label), inner packaging, and the item. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund — see our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.

Part-Shipments
• Multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost to get items to you sooner.
