Refund policy

Return window:
You can return non-custom products within 7 days of delivery.

Personalised/custom items: Because these are made to order, custom products aren’t eligible for return or refund, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Condition:
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.

Return method:
By mail only. Return postage: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged/defective or there’s an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund reasonable return postage.

How to start a return:
Email support@90minprints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and photos if there’s any damage/defect. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Refund processing time:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and checking your return. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (non-custom items), contact us at support@90minprints.com and we’ll confirm availability.
